^Short answer: There is no statute of limitation for murder.

Long answer: There is no statute of limitations for first degree murder. 2nd, 3rd degree murder, and manslaughter have statutes of limitations of several years. So he would be prosecuted for first degree murder, and have the option to let the jury rule him guilty or innocent of 1st degree murder, or waive his statute of limitations for a lesser crime(i.e. manslaughter) so he can be prosecuted for that in place of first degree murder.

"Hoax or not", as if you can fake a head stomp like that. I wish death upon that whole shitty class. I say shitty because the victim did very well to a point and had moves that looked way more believable than the brute who killed him. He made that black belt look like a fool until he caught him a few big haymakers. What kind of a dojo has floors that are concrete, with poles in the middle of the fuckin room anyways? Im pissed.

Sure they can stomp a mentally retarded guy ..eventually.

but against a prison gang and a few well placed shanks not likely.

i remember seeing the original footage on spiked around 3 or 4 am about a week ago and within hours of it being posted spiked admin took it off. The poster wanted justice to be brought by this video being shown to as many people as possible. If every internet video hosting website did the same as spiked admins then justice would not have prevailed. Shame on you spikedhumor.com. Leave content alone and let us take care of voting it down or leaving it up.

The last punch to the victim, before he falls to the floor and can`t defend anymore, was aimed at his head region. The video didn`t pick it up, but I think that punch could have been a possible cause of death. He went down straight after that punch, but didn`t look knocked-out, just incapacitated. That and the sound coming from his throat at the end, suggest to me that the punch was to his throat, causing a crushed larynx, which often leads to suffocation and death (without immediate tracheotomy/hole in neck surgery).
I did karate for 4 years and one of the first things I learnt was not to punch throats. But for Marines, soldiers etc. its probably a major target.
If its the case, and the karate guys saw that punch then they knew he was in trouble/suffocating at that point, regardless of the head stomping.
