It`s always the best to let people figure out their ways to do what they love instead of telling them how they should do it from the top down. Innovations work from the bottom up. No one could offer enough incentive to something as priceless as creativity and passion.

^^ sick of being teased with carrots? The carrot on the stick only works for easy, shitty jobs, it`s the only thing that does. Any other kind of job and the better the whole organisation works, the more motivated you become. A challenging job with good "working conditions" is as addictive as crack, and if it pays enough to live without struggling you can`t lose.
