How the hell does he not see the horse, probably drunk and didnt wear a seatbelt. I can understand the rally car hitting the horse, they just came out of a corner, but he shouldve seen the horse and atleast braked, he just barreled right through.

looks like he was just a few feet away when he started braking. the guy on the side flagging him down probably did distract him, but then again if he saw an emergency worker waving at him why didn`t he brake earlier? either way i think he should have seen something amiss directly in front of him or to the side and reduced speed long before he hit the horse
