I call b.s. also. When the camera cuts back to him he tries to speak but you can tell he already has something in his mouth. On top of that, you never see more than a mouthful of the liquid come out as he conveniently moves off screen.

I don`t know about you but if I feel sick to my stomach, I keep a pale close by. It`s not such a stretch to think he kept one on the sideline since he didn`t want to puke on the floor in the event it happened.

There was a tennis player a long time ago he did that. During the finals he got the stomach flu. So he put a pale next to the court and after every volley he ran to the pale and puked up. Apparently this guy didn`t have the same puke control.
