It seems to me that this comic is supposed to say that Obama is using scare tactics like Bush did in order to further his agenda. My response to this is that it is ridiculous to compare removing human rights by invasion of privacy and torture with a debate about how we can try to ensure health care for those who don`t have it.

So i`m not saying that perhaps some democrats aren`t using some scare tactics to manipulate people, but these two issues have nothing to do with each other, and comparing them is if they do is just a rhetorical way of identifying Obama`s health care with Bush`s war.

Personally I think basically all politicians are power-mongers, which is why they pursue power. It`s really only the people who wouldn`t want to run the country that would have the decency to do it right, but that`s unavoidable I guess.

And hey, Fuck you buddy.
