Yeah, the book is better.. But, ya gotta admit, the tune is catchy. I`d like to add also, the film directors did capture these majestic creatures beautifully.

Agree 100%, after loving the BBC tv version and the books as a child, I left the move theatre almost in tears. Horrible horrible film.. didn`t capture ANY of the magic of the book. BBC nailed it 30 years ago!

Worst film adaptaion of all time. :(
