^ not even close dude. about 60million died in ww2, over half civilians.

so in the 70 years since ww2 alone, malaria has easily doubled mr. H`s bodycount.

^ I think achec has a damned good point there actually, despite a few of the negative votes he`s garnered. Seriously, malaria would be taken far more seriously if it killed more white people - and research may receive the funding it needs. Remember people, the world is warming. And that means mosquito larvae will survive further and further from the equator, bringing with them this determined killer. Anti-malarial drugs have already started failing in the Philippines, and that trend is likely to continue.

Malaria is coming for you, too. Or perhaps your children. But it *is* coming.
