come on.. do you really expect UA to pay for the damage they caused? that`s just unreasonable.
that guitar is pretty expensive though; probably worth around 10 seconds or less of UA income.

why the fuck should you have to buy insurance?

that`s fucking extortion.

you`re paying for a ticket to get you and your luggage there. any luggage that weights more than the ticket includes has to be paid for, or it doesn`t fly.

once you paid for it, it`s in their care.

it`s called liability, dumbass.

If i pay a company to have something delivered and it gets lost in the way, they have to pay for it.

ineptitude is the only word that comes to mind.

I`m not going to pay extra just in case their workers get a case of the dumbass.

Hello sir doesn`t get spanked enough: Admittedly a funny song but he should have read his conditions of transport and in there especially the LIMITS OF LIABILITY b4 buying a ticket. Best advice is to book an EXTRA SEAT for your guitar if it is so expensive and fragile like many other musicians do!
I still like the song though!

you got a point. however, i`m not talking about logistics. I`m talking about the fact that if the workers loaded the stuff like it was theirs, this kind of things wouldn`t happen.

it`s negligence, and ineptitude.

nothing more.


they didn`t tell me that they were going to manhandle my luggage, or that they would throw my guitars around like frisbees.

it`s me and my luggage.

if i got killed during a flight, they would pay.
they killed his luggage.


On the other hand, if this dude was so into touring, he`d get an ATA case for the guitar.

If it`s in an ATA case, it`s automatically insured.

it isn`t just a guitar.
it`s the tools with what i make a living.
i fly with ATA cases.

it`s negligence on both sides of the deal, but!... i shouldn`t have to get an ATA case or buy insurance because THEIR WORKERS HAVE A PERMANENT CASE OF THE DUMBASS!!!!!!
