June 29th 1920, the birth date of Ray Harryhausen; American special effects genius; responsible for such classics as The sword-fighting skeletons in Jason and the Argonauts, the Cyclops from The Seventh Voyage of Sinbad, and Clash of the Titan's Medusa. (Video made by matbergman. It shows all his creature creations. Manic and marvellous music: "Mon Ti," from Tito Puente's album "Top Percussion.")

Brings back so many childhood memories of great moments in films. Clash of the Titans, favourite film ever, Medusa both scared the shit out of me and amazed me when I first saw her as a kid. Can`t wait for the remake, I hope they do it justice.
