Temperature affects visibility as much as dusk/dawn does. Anyone who spent time in any military would agree.

Temperature causes people to contract certain muscles in the face which could lead to a range of difficulties when trying to target something, either hunting or within a theatre of war.

Extreme temperatures may make if difficult to focus or keep your eyes open, but the temp/vision speed relationship he`s talking about is exclusive to cold blooded animals. Warm blooded animals internal temperatures will never change enough to make a noticeable change in their eye`s chemical reaction time.

It must be trippy to be cold blooded; zombies in the cold, superman in the heat.

How do they get a camera like that to a Dragonfly? Is it CGI, a thin (wire) line hanging out in front of it, or what?

-Kind of sad to see the hero (and first shown character) of the show be crushed underneath a Hobby, with its head hanging off and being eating. Thats just the way nature works, i guess.
