This happened to me. Broken eye socket. Air can`t escape through the broken nose so it pushes out through the hole in the broken eye socket.

They`ll put a bowl under or behind his eye and over time the fragments will reform to its shape.

That`s basically impossible. What happened is that he got hit in the face and it perforated a sinus allowing a flow of air from the nasal cavity to one of the sinuses surrounding the eye.

^I`m not saying you`re wrong about what`s happening here. But I can make air pass through my tear duct. People who smoke can make smoke come out the tear duct.

^ The tear duct doesn`t really have a large enough opening to cause that much swelling, and it`s really not properly located to cause any swelling. Also it`s not a medical condition that requires any kind of surgery or treatment, if you stop fiddling with it that is.
