Here`s how sad I am....

I converted the binary information to 4 bit nibbles.
If the nibbles are then converted to decimal, and each decimal number is supposed to equate to a letter of the alphabet designated by position... then the message reads as...

" bfkkbbkcfkcmcdfbgfgnehmfaf kflmai "

I cant make anything out of that, even if it was an anagram.
:-(

Looks like the 1`s and 0`s are random.

Shame....
