^^ Have you ever taken any sociology classes before? damm dude. It affects us all as a society. Doesnt matter where you are on this planet. This is very sad! Whether you guys agree or not, Im blamming the system for such results. The system that failed to establish equality among society member, rich and poor, the system that failed to provide those people with e proper education needed to avoid such a dangerous habbit.

Heroin replaces some of the chemicals your brain produces for itself. It takes a while before your brain starts to produce those things again, once you stop taking heroin.
no other narcotic is addictive like this afik.

no way out from the throes of an addiction? err how about not taking it anymore? it`s not like the stuff jumps itself into ur viens, u have to put it there. sure it`s extremely uncomfortable, but not impossible. it`s a matter of having sufficient incentive/willpower to stop taking it. sure it`s sad/hard/painful etc, but anyone can overcome an addiction, just there are some who don`t want to overcome it badly enough.

Hellrazor,

I was addicted to cocaine just 1 year doing it almost daily. It started and ended when I was 16-17 years old. I was using quite a bit of marijuana, and alcohol at the same time.

I overdosed on 3 grams of what druggies call "fishscale." Disgusting. I got my self out of it in 1 day because I cared about my family, I wanted to do better, and I believe God helped.

The day after I overdosed I haven`t touched cocaine since.

I don`t like talking about it either, but if it helps people stop doing it then I`ll post it.

Alcohol\Marijuana:
I barely used marijuana and alcohol since then. I`ve been clean for around a year on marijuana until about 1 month ago I smoked about $50 or so. The last time I drank was last month. It was a "fifth" spread over around 3 nights. The month before that it was 1 beer. I`ve had the majority of the 2 years go by without touching those two.

The reason I drank so much last month was because I was trying to face something very scary and there was a very slim chance that I would do it sober. It didn`t work drunk either. I also learned that I shouldn`t have even been trying to do that thing that was scaring me.

Don`t do drugs.

If I was a millionaire and a philanthropist, I would find these people, lure them into my house, and chain the to a wall. But instead of "dominating" them as per usual, I would feed them and clothe them and teach them because I HAVEN`T GIVEN UP HOPE ON YOU, GODDAMMIT!
