i think the state would save money by buying him condoms or a vasectomy. one would kind of expect him to learn from his mistake after the first few times. and half the blame goes on the females too. why weren`t they insisting on condoms or other birth control, especially if "they knew what they were getting into," if that`s true

If you just don`t like wearing condoms, use different protection. the choices are not that difficult.

black women do this on purpose for the money....and not his money since he`s not going to be living very long on 30% income. He will be in jail not paying any of it within the first year....grats to you child support!!

I don`t get why anyone has set a population standard besides people that need it to survive. We already know what happens to deer and other animals when they overpopulate so why are we ignoring the inevitable?
