not to be-little Seth in anyway, his shows are always going to be the runner up to the insane genius of the stone/parker operation. The fact he seems to know that and feels no need to lick thier balls is very cool indeed.

the Cleveland show? brutal. Seth seems like a pretty cool guy but personally I think south park trumps family guy, American dad and the soon to air Cleveland show put together.

^^^ Going to have to disagree Wittman45, I think it`s all about your personal interests. I love American Dad more than Family Guy. Then again I`m a Poli-Sci major so it`s more relevant to my daily life. It`s all about perspective, don`t hold them to be the same show.

Please South Park ceased to be funny back in middle school. They do pretty much the same material just with out the cut aways to random anecdotes.

The Simpsons was geared towards the 80s generation and had to get back with the times recently.


Family Guy American Dad and the soon to be Cleveland Show are all geared towards this generation of 2 Girls 1 Cup watching 4chan humor and that is why they are the kings of comedy at the moment.

South Park trumps family guy? You guys dont even know what you`re talking about. Family guy and his other shows are on NETWORK tv. SP is on comedy central. Thats a cable channel just so we`re clear. That means pretty much no matter what, even if FG wasn`t really popular, that FG will win over SP. Just the way it is. Cable shows don`t really compete.

Also, I agree. American dad is better then Family Guy.

Personally, I think American Dad is pretty funny, but not as funny as FG. Family Guy is hilarious most of the time (except for the last two random episodes: what was up with that?), and so is South Park imo, so I don`t really get why he doesn`t like SP... I do love the fact that they take the piss out of eachother though :-)

Hope the Cleveland-show will be good!

so what`s with the seth vs matt/trey thing? i guess i have to go google. but to me the 2 shows are kind of apples and oranges. south park uses humor around a plot, family guy is more like i dunno, slap stick randomness. they`re both funny

I think they are all funny. As long as there are people out there pushing the envelope, it adds incentive to everyone coming up and this shit evolves like it has been. I say keep it coming.

A great southpark episode is a thing of beauty but nowdays for me they miss far more than they hit and whilst the same is true for family guy a bad family guy episode is still watchable wheras a bad southpark is not.

I also find myself disagreeing so much with Stone and Parkers politics..with Trey Parker`s pretty insane attacks on atheism and Stone`s registered republican membership there is alot to piss me off :P.
