He`s actually very well versed and uses punctuation quite often. And he growls.

+ He`s only gay if you the reader WANTS him to be gay.

You should strike B off your list. Im pretty sure batman has spanked robin many-a-time. He probably learnt that sort of behaviour from Alfred.

He`s still the weakest of all hero`s. He wouldn`t even last a round with a 2000AD character (which are all faaarrr cooler), let alone anyone with real powers.

Out of respect for my father, I`ll be nice to 2000AD.
Anyway ... the whole "no real powers" thing is the entire REASON WHY Batman is so faaaaaaaaaar cooooooooler to Batfans.
He uses his brain, $$$ and technology is figure shit out.
He knows 100+ types of fight styles (even the ancient ones - yeah the ones written on ancient scrolls).

Batman knows he`s human. He knows he doesn`t have the privilege of prancing around with *actual* supa powas. And yet this fucker intimidates everyone and is willing to exploit anyone`s weakness.

Yea, Don`t get me wrong, the joker kicked ass in TDK, but every one of these `vs` movie concepts post 2007 seems to throw him in there. Why over complicate things? Why not have just left it batman vs punisher, that would of stood just fine on its own merit.
