It's ok, but not as good as some of the other Parkour I've seen on this site. I don't think it flows smoothly.

The clip is better with the sound off.

A few things they did were realy cool like scaleing down a building.
This is actuly one of thouse urban sports (its called xtream walking or something), all you do is nomater what you do you just keep jogging/walking/running, so you just run up walls, over houses, jumping 3 stories down, etc etc. Alot of the end thoue was just lame wall runs and backflips and stuff.
