I can`t decide if his audience are a little dumbed to the whole idea and enjoy the rivalry of liberal vs. conservative, forgetting that enjoying the rivalry credifies and perpetuates it. Or they are all as smart as Bill and try and sound like a typical slighty dumbed crowd to support him.

^^^Agree Venomousvole, the Left/Right Paradigm is the problem, and this audience personifies that. There is no difference, the agenda of both parties are in fact the same, and this audience is clueless to it all!

Bill Maher is always rude to his audience. He mocks them if they don`t clap, calling them dumb or too sensitive, and if they clap too much, he thinks their fake. I would not want to go to one of his shows, talk about awkward. Some of his jokes are major flops, maybe if he didn`t pressure his audience to "applaud" then he wouldn`t have to call them out like in this video.

^ I went to one of his shows years ago and he was an asshole to the audience. The guests at least stayed on after the show and shook some hands, he didn`t come out before the show and didn`t stay on after. He would tell us when to clap and when ti shut up (by raising his hands up and making a "calm down" movement that the cameras didn`t show). It was subtle, but now that I saw it in person you can see how he is on the show. That shorty thinks he is so fucking high and mighty, you can see it in person, he think he is better than everyone else. He`s a little prick.

If you think that`s bad, he is a huge supporter of PETA.....
