I don`t know if that guy was drunk. It looked to me that he could have been having a stroke. Notice how he had no use of his right side and his equilibrium was off. People that suffer from strokes like that can be confused with being drunk.

Hilarious....

Last time I was in Poland I was driving 65mph though some back roads. At 3am there was a guy standing in the middle of the road drinking a bottle of vodka yelling at the top of his lungs that the road belonged to him. I`ve never been so close to running anybody over...
