In the waterboarding piece he did before he had Mancow on, he asked his liberal guest "What will be the conservative response to this (Mancow saying its torture)?" and Olbermann gave 3 answers which made conservatives sound stupid and none that actually admitted that waterboarding is torture. Hey, why not have a conservative guest and ask him instead of putting words in their mouths?

It`s not hateful for me to have my own beliefs about the definition and sanctity of Marriage.

For instance say you believed the right for a Man to marry and 8-year old girl (given they both are consensual.) I guess that makes me hateful to disagree with that to as well yes?

Oh and please do not humiliate your self by arguing that the current law of what is deemed as an adult (18 yrs). Is what would make the above stated situation silly. It`s a law, just like Marriage is and guess what, they are trying to change that.

Or you might say "well an 8 year old psychological speaking is not developed enough to make such a decision." Mmmm yes good point, yet you have no problem with gays and lesbians adopting children. They don`t have a decision on that do they? But you somehow think that it is not harmful in anyway. Well again, thats just your opinion and to top it off you`re not even looking into the social cost involved. Why is that? Because you are for gay marriage so you are blind (at this point) from seeing what many feel is another step into the decay of our culture and society.

Every argument or there lack of that you may present can be argued with your flawed logic of relativity. The point is, it is NOT hateful for some one to have a belief and support their belief on what defines a marriage.

You pathetically ignorant people just don`t get it. You liberals who keep pushing for more "equality" and "freedom" all you are doing is pushing into a fascist state (the very state at which you accuse the extreme right for pushing.) So what is next? The point is this: you are perfectly within your rights to have an opinion on gay marriage. And it is hatefull for you to forcefully impose those views on other people, including gays, who also have their own opinions, and just want to live their own free lives.

We don`t need to split hairs on age here, we are talking about consenting adults making their own free choice. Free from religious bigotry, free from prejudice, free from piddling bigoted laws.

Everybody can have any fucking opinion they like, but sadly those opinions often get put into law, and quash the basic human rights of other people with differing opinions, like the right to marry anyone they want. That is hatefull.

A huge number of people are happy to accept and acknowledge the vows of marriage between two people of the same gender. If you think it`s a sham, then don`t marry someone who is your gender, and don`t gleefully cheer for the gays and their choices. They don`t need your support, they just don`t deserve your hinderance.

For you to deny their rights by law is EXACTLY moving towards fascism, not away from it.

And Euthphyro, your RETARDED example about marrying children, implying a similarity with the gay marriage issue, is absolutely disgracefull. And particularly ironic, since it only seems to be the religious nutbars who hate gays the most, that actually claim it as their God given right to marry children. Mormons and Muslims.
