Enquiry is the government`s way of getting out of serious shit, knowing the process will take time and they will have "ways" to modify the outcome.

I can`t imagine how bad it feels at his old age to tell everyone what happened to him, and he has been living with it for many many years. After all the cross examines and the pass all brought back into his mind, all the do is saying yes it happened and sorry. I think telling victims of these horrible crimes that shit happens is just plain ignorant.
