mother theresa herself would take the money and run if this happened. Honestly the bank should be the only ones liable. If they accidently take too much out of your account then they sit around with their thumbs up their ass, making interest off of the mistake, before you get your money back.

i`d hate to suggest it, but perhaps the police should also check people who work at the bank who left for vacation similar time. they could have transferred the money and blackmailed/hostage them into transferring the money to them in a foreign bank

Banks are shady really your better off investing your own money. You make chump change even if you have thousands of dollars invested but the minute you want to borrow a little bit or overdraft they give you shitty interest rates much higher than what your interest rates are for them or charge you hundreds of dollars for maybe going under as much as 5 bucks in your account. On top of that when they loan you money they don`t even need to use the existing money they are investing with they just make it out of thin air and charge you interest for it. Really though it almost seems banks fucked us over because there is so much invisible money being handed out and owed there is no real money to buy shit with. Maybe why everyone is more in debt than there is actual currency lmao.
