So they were just testing how the ship would take damage from different weapons yeah? Because i honestly laughed when they started shooting the minigun at it.

This is actually quite recent. (2007) I was on this drill when they sunk it. This was the end on an excerise for U.S and Canadian Army to work together. Every ship had a chance to fire, the little guys you see with minigun`s are the cost guard. Was pretty good drill although this only lasted for less then 1 hour.

^did the same excersice in 2004 with another Canadian ship. We used it as target practice with small arms like the twin 50 cals and the m-19. They let us shoot for an hour and then called in EOD to plant explosives on the ship. Its a site you will deffinitly remember for a very long time.

WOW!
Tough, well built little ship.
I got a a few goose bumps when she went down by the heal.
Bravo Zulu Huron.
Question.
Is it a testiment to the ship building skills of the Canadian Navy or do they need bigger guns?
