There is nothing more pathetic than having to resort to this type of propaganda to rally support for this War for Oil.

Just like canned laughter in TV sitcoms this "canned clapping" is meant to trigger a similar response. It may cause some flag waving from the "supporting" crowd but it will also cause a feelings of nausea and/ or laughter for those that see this for what it is:
