From what I just heard she watched/read something from Brian Greene who actually is a theoretical physicist but is well known for his work presenting physics to the general public in layman`s terms. Somehow ends up warping that into proof of God. Hmmm...

Freaking sad.

I just read theorical physics books she says... mwouhahahaha! Goes to proof, its not sufficient to read it, you need to understand wtf your reading.

Substituting reality with your own is not science. damnit.

I love this guy claims that his logic is perfect yet he rejects some kinds of science and I just wanna know why because their not logical(even though logic was used to get to those theories) or they just don`t fit in with his logic?

I`d love to know where this woman got her `education` in theoretical physics.

How does her apparent ability to convert mind maps directly into reality stack up with a fundamental pillar of physics and chemistry: the conservation of mass.

^^ While I agree, The caller couldn`t cite a single reference. The number of times she said "Theoretical Physics" just reinforced my standpoint that she has little-to-no clue what she is talking about. I would like to point out that the caller defaulted to a position that can barely be taken seriously or attacked, "My personal opinion of what is God".

I agree the host can be a bit of an ass but lets face it, if one of the hosts doesn`t get worked-up, whats worth watching? Don`t get me wrong I watched dozens of eventless shows and enjoyed them all. Its the ones where they do get worked-up that make it to Spiked.

I know I would start to sound a bit douche-y too if I had to hear the other person out and I just keep hearing inconsistent viewpoints and flaws in their reasoning. I would also want to cut them off as soon as I detect a flaw in what they`re saying so that they can give me a sound reasoning that I can actually address.

The caller clearly doesn`t grasp theoretical physics. Neither does she understand the quantum world. The reason I make this point is because if god did make this universe, he`s an absolute madman. The quantum world makes very little sense and is completely counterintuitive to the world we experience and observe.

This is what pisses me off about quantum mechanics, the infinite probability model allows an infinite amount of room for pseudo-scienfitic, untestable theories relating to the realm of the human imagination, as if thought is somehow a form of trans-dimensional energy that can manifest itself.
