Agreed, seems like common sense is what a lot of people lack. I`ll say that Maher is an ass most of the time, but his core message is pretty clear.

When will the thick skulled right-wing Republican supporters get it through their heads that they`re petty ways are simply ignorant and anti-common good? I don`t get it. Why are they so small-minded.

They are small minded because it is far more comfortable to believe "I AM RIGHT AND `THEY` ARE WRONG" and not examine *any* of their own behaviour or belief.

The only time that people grow and learn is when they are outside of their comfort zone, and the people who are blindly conservative (read: Fox News Cultists) don`t step out of that "Liberal is French for `coward`" mentality in order to let any new information in.

I`m a fan of Bill Maher not because he is "left wing" but because he`s actually stating facts, giving evidence (look at the transcripts of what he`s talking about) and shit that needs to be done. I actually used to watch FOX all the time growing up but now the shit is just biased to all hell. Every news media is biased - FOX is just fucking stupid.
Really? Trying to make people look bad by FABRICATING news? Isn`t that what the GOVERNMENT is supposed to be doing?

Seriously. The media world would be oh so much better if we had all the employees of every major news corporation have a battle of intelligence. Really tough shit. The company that says `I don`t know` the most wins and the first person to say `I`d have to ask my laywer` gets shot in each limb. And then all their co-workers get shit in the leg. Ooooo and the first person to say "I`m not sure, but I think whatever I`m not sure of was done properly" gets to have a few sessions with a lad named Bubba. Every person who bullshits their way through a question gets brownie points - then shot a knife through the dick and U-245 shoved in their vaginas.
