rule number one, liquid gas does not burn, its the fumes it gives off that does, therefore you should always light a gas flame with a stick because you cannot see how large the fumes are---this came from my 9 year old cousin doing a project on fires...

also common sense, never light a fire while holding a gas tank in the other hand, it only takes a second to catch flame.

ude think if they were to plan a demonstration they would think it through
