The only sharing of money in a divorce that makes sense to me is child support. Other than that, any money a person had before the marriage should go back to the original owner of that money. Any money made during the marriage could potentially be a grey area if there was an uneven time commitment between the husband and wife spent taking care of the kids.

it is funny because in a divorce, the woman can get the best lawyer possible... and the man will have to end up paying for it. Basically it ends up that the husband pays for his wife to fuck him out of his own money.
