can kinda see their point, but a douche judge is still a judge, that kind of behaviour i`d expect to see in a classroom for a kid who`s been given detention for not doing his homework, not by an adult in a court.

I don`t think we are being given the entire story.

This may have been the final straw and the guy just kept pushing his luck and kept repeating the only legal sounding phrase he knows.

This is just one version of events - as with all bias news reporting.

I personally think if authority asks you to turn the camera off they should be charged with destruction of evidence...that`s exactly what it was in this case.

I also think judges like this should be charged full extent of the law. This kid spent jail-time on false charges generated and executed by the judge...that`s gotta be some sort of major charge.

Doesn`t look to me like he was illegally coerced, or forcibly confined to not sit down. Again, I don`t know the full story, but it does look like he could be playing his hand at being a Lawyer, and failing at it...under duress.
