I pay for one of the most expensive Broadband packages in the UK, but still isn`t anywhere near the fastest, which is cheaper (which also isn`t available in my area yet.)

I am currently operating at 54 Mbps, which isn`t too shabby...it sure beats trying to download at 56Kbps (actually about 20 Kbps in real life)

Dial-up was the bad old days where downloading a 30 second video clip was like an all night affair.

Although my home is only 5 years old, we don`t have cable, but the older streets do! I have a 1Mb phone line that really does work at 1Mb, all the time! Aim low, fellas.

Just so the guy learns something today 4X6=24, therefore 4=1/6 of 24, GO MATH!

They sell in megaBITS. Your looking at megaBYTES. 1 megabit is 1/8 the size of 1 megabytes. And you always loss about 10% because of how throughput is.
