Not to sound like I`m the fucking brightest guy in the world, but wouldn`t you just run the other way behind the car if you realised he was pursuing you with it? A cruiser doesn`t exactly have the agility of a ballerina in an urban off-road environment.

Ha kids from a hood in a playground?
It was on 4/27/2007 at 5PM thats a saturday.
Theyre too busy stealing shit from the mall or wallmart instead of out on the playground.
it just shows that the cop sucks at being a cop he had ample opportunity to take multiple of them out in one shot but he couldnt even get the one he ws chasing for.
