If that is the worst that goes on in that shop between your boss and you; that`s pretty fucking slack.

The guy has expectations, and he wants it done a certain way. Do it that way and keep it clean and maybe you might be able to earn more than min wage.

So what`s up with the description of the video, it completely contradicts the title of the video and the video itself.
Probably a mod who disagreed and changed it for himself, probably adding the "not" in there.

My old boss gave me menial jobs for an eternity (even though I was more than qualified for more complicated tasks), pretended to be a likeable guy but insulted those under him behind their backs, and fucked his wife`s sister (by his own admission).

My sisters last boss hired her to be a manager at a bar, then he found out she got pregnant a few months after taking the job. He then began reducing her hours from full time to part time, as well eliminating the office work she did and making her serve, all the while telling her that he was protecting himself for when she quit.

So you`ll have to excuse me if I don`t think that this is so bad as of right now. Like Fryser_d said, find something that shows him being a true asshole as opposed to just being pissy.

As someone who is running a shop I can feel sometimes like an asshole to ask my guys to do things they might not really enjoy or really understand the importance behind it but I`ll still crack down on them if they don`t do what I ask them to do for the simple reason that it is their job to do it and my job to make sure they do it.

Yes there is a bit of tension sometimes when you tell them but after everything works better.
