It just enables people to do worse crimes in the future if they know they are immune. It will continue to cause bigger and higher corruption. In all governments world-wide.

Also lets all those people that where saying how Olbermann was part of Obama`s campaign realize that maybe Olbermann unlike oreilly actually does stand for what he says and will continue to say it. No matter who is president.

listen...you can start a witch hunt, go after those who did wrong, prosecute them, and maybe they will see jail time, maybe not, and maybe new laws will be put into place, and maybe not......

but at the end of the day, maybe at best all you have done is change the system...and it is not the system that is at fault here...its the people

the people that committed these "crimes" don`t necessarily need to be prosecuted but the politicians who enabled these policies into action, The people who did these crimes were under orders. Obviously the "Torturers" aren`t innocent but you do what your told in the Military but if these people burn for what they were told to do is not right in my eyes.

I`m a big believer that you start at the top and work your way down, why go after the small fries. There is all ways going to be people who follow orders. How about you change the policy makers.
