Sure she`s a heartwarming story, but I don`t think her voice is really that amazing. She`s good and all but there`s much better voices out there.

Actually if you try closing your eyes and just listen rather than making reactionary assumptions you will find that she is a very good singer, she has very good tone and pitch control... more than almost all the professional "singers" that clog the music industry these days.
