"Susan Boyle made her first recording back in 1999, when she sang blues ballad "Cry Me A River" for a charity CD. Only 1000 copies of the disc were ever produced, but we’ve got hold of the long-forgotten recording and it’s now on our site. A showbiz insider said: “This is a real coup for the Record. Sorry it seems the video portion of this vid did not convert correctly but it is just the song set to some screen shots of her appearance on Britains Got Talent, so I figured the audio is what counted, enjoy!

I got it from a video that used screen shots of her `Talent` appearance. The conversion from FLV to AVI did not come out. The only reason I posted it was you can still hear the song and that`s what counts.

Is it just me or does it sound like the instrumental music is from a bond movie. " It almost sounds like from russia with love until the major chord changes"
if this is really her then its awesome. Im still reluctant to say its actually her. this is a little more articulate then what she sounded on tv. And yes i know its studio recording. Still

she definitely has a wonderful voice. personally i prefer a slower vibrato - it just sounds much more smooth and romantic.

OMG.
Thinking about it, most of the singers that are well-known are good looking, and often not great singers. I wonder how many ugly singers who are amazing are out there.
