HBO: Right America Feeling Wronged

On the day Barack Obama was elected the 44th President, more than 58 million voters cast their ballots for John McCain. In the months leading up to this historic election, filmmaker Alexandra Pelosi (HBO's Emmy®-winning "Journeys with George") took a road trip to meet some of the conservative Americans who waited in line for hours to support the GOP ticket, and saw their hopes and dreams evaporate in the wake of that Democratic victory. These voters share their feelings about the changing America in which they live.

Pity the sheltered lives, the flag worshipers, pity the self-congratulaters and the happy campers. They will never know the feeling of being part of something real and human, that knows no boundaries. They will never look in the eyes of someone born and raised on another continent and see anything good reflected there, (as it has been my distinct pleasure to experience).

They can never deal with a world of ideas and cultures not familiar and practised.
They will never add 2+2 because that would be dirty, leftist, conspiracy theory, hippy bullcrap.

The National Socialist German Workers party, needs to be remmembered properly. The Socialist part was a con, The Nationalist part was the evil. So now the evil finds itself a National Conservative powerbase and the world is bleeding still, into the pockets of the private (aka secret) organisations elite.

If there are any bruce waynes out there doing thier best I`m afraid for them, because the worst people in the world are thier piers, our kings and queens.

Be afraid of how easily these folks are controled and directed, they will sit by and watch your family packed off to a death camp if they beleive you are anti-american. And I wish that was my worst case scenario, not my best.

I can`t believe these people actually think that tool Mc.Cain would have been so much of a better president.

IMO, they`re both tools, just appealing to different sides of our society. Why is it Obama and Mc.Cain lunatics are just as delusional?

I`ve said it in the past, if we ever want a chance to actually elect a decent president, we need to start caring about the primary elections ;)

It does seem that the volunteer work that obama is placing is like Hitler youth. Your going to see a lot of kids in America being brain washed to thinking that joining the army isn`t so bad. Following Obama like he is leader of the country, I thought people elect presidents to represent them, Not to follow them.

Obama is just going to expand the standing army and spreading the budget even more.

Why is more than 50% American people so ignorant? Now a days, it`s just so easy to criticize American people, there is nothing good about idea of America. When I talk to American people here where I live(not in America) they just agree. McCain is a piece of shit, so is Obama.
