Colorado denies a woman`s request to have a personalized license plate reading "I Love Tofu." Apparently she`s too dense to understand why.

The DMV can regulate whatever they want, it doesn`t violate a damn thing. They could deny a plate just because they don`t like it if they want

^ I have no problem with the DMV censoring and throwing out stuff that they deem "inadequate" or as you put it, ".. because they don`t like it if they want" I do have a problem though on the reason that they do. Whose responsibility is it to decide whether things should or should not be seen and heard by an individual and why is this person qualified?
