Why don`t they have the green drip represented here? Nothing says I’m ready to give birth then trichomonas!!! Well that and to be obese and on welfare. How can these students accurately practice when they are using a dummy that represents 10% of the population they will actually see in the field?

What the hell?
Not "a vacuum", it`s a "vacuum device" they`re talking about, and if you watched a bit more closely, you`d see that the use it to get a hold on the baby`s head to pull it out - instead of the pretty imprecise forceps...

And the securing straps are for the simulator, not for a mother... You even see them wiggle around that fake body to show that it`s safely "strapped" onto the bed.

Damn. Now _I`M_ the one getting voted down because I pointed out obvious stuff to you two.
