1. it is NOT zero emission, the co2 is emitted elsewhere to produce electricity (or hydrogen or whatever) which powers the vehicle. If we want to be precise even solar panels are not 100% emision free as they are manufactured using standard co2 emitting techniques......

2. The wigs on the actors when they enter the water remind me of the stunt doubles of the Hoff when driving around in his KITT

The only real world application I could see would be to rob a bank. I don`t know of any cops that`d follow a car underwater. You`d have to quickly bail to a faster moving water vehicle, but not like they`d see it coming

It probably wouldnt be able to submerge with that much air on board, submarines work by flooding compartments making it heay enough to sink, doubt this would be able to. Downside you get fucking wet!
