An Australian man pimped out his girlfriend to have sex with men and then paid her in chicken nuggets.
Ronald Vikash Gander threatened his 16-year-old live-in girlfriend in June with eviction if she didn’t have sex with men to pay their living expenses, a Brisbane court heard yesterday.
The 27-year-old man told the girl, who had run away from home, that he would kick her out if she didn’t earn her keep, according to AdelaideNow.
She had sex with at least five men during their time together, making $4,500 which Gander kept. He paid her nothing except an occasional box of chicken nuggets.
Gander pleaded guilty to procuring prostitution with a circumstance of aggravation and knowingly participating in the provision of prostitution with a circumstance of aggravation. He was sentenced to two and a half years in jail to be suspended after nine month.
Judge Marshall Irwin called the offenses “sordid” and said the girl was used “as if she were a piece of meat.”
