I doubt Adam has OCD. His obsession with objects and their history is totally different from people suffering OCD.

OCD sufferers do things repeatedly, like washing their hands or checking whether their front door is locked. Not just once or twice, but over and over and over again. They know it`s irrational to do this, but they can`t stop.
