^according to statistics only about 75%% of people can actually afford the full payment per month while only 30% actually pay child support. That means 5% of people pay and cannot afford to do so. That being said, 0% of the people that can`t afford to pay are legally obliged to see the child they created.

Most fathers don`t pay at all because dna testing could take up to a year and a half....your child support starts at day 1 so most people start in the hole about 2-3000 bucks plus 200 or so per month on top of that. Your chances of seeing your child and setting up times to see them are slim and most likely not possible if your unable to pay full payments right away since they frown upon the backlog of childsupport they created for you before it was legally confermed that indeed it is your child.

I for one am completely against child support systems as they hinder healthy relationships between every member of the family. Remember that the women gets first pick and if she says your abusive without proof at all your never going to see your child unless you got money for a lawyer and all backlogged child support...then they will ask you for health insurance....

So how would it make you feel if you had to pay money to see the child you created? What if you didn`t have the money like 1/4 of the people in the system? Money isn`t what creates a child or even a good parent...keep that in mind.
