@leysin, people throw away so much food everyday, i swear it was a Mc`D or Burger king, that a Homeless guy was hanging out around the restaurant then the employees give out the burgers to homeless people, one got sick and actually sued them for millions, look it up B/c i cant find the article =)

^ I know what you mean Shamone. I went to see it at the Louvre and it wasn`t a very meaningful experience. I think that was probably due to the fact that the room it`s in was completely packed with tourists and you kind of had to squeeze your way through a wall of people just to get close enough to see it well. I think its fame has taken on a life of it`s own and now it`s famous for being a famous painting.

^^The Mona Lisa is famous for numerous reasons. The main reason is just because it was painted by Leonardo da Vinci. Another reason is because of all the mystery that surrounds the painting. There are a lot of things that are unknown about it, like who Lisa was. And there are other reasons like her eyes that seem to follow you around the room and her enigmatic smile (and she has no eyebrows, wtf?). It just grew more and more famous and parodies of it were made which just made it more famous.
