this isnt new. logitech webcams have had software to do this sort of thing for a long time. instead of locking in on the square on a piece of paper, it locks in on your face. lets u wear fake hats and masks and such. seems exactly the same to me.

there is a game for the ps3 that useis that technowlagy<sp> to have animated cards. the cool thing is you can react and play with them in real time.and if you layed it flat on a table and did it right you could see everything in full 3d witch would offer some cool tools to show people something with out haveint to make a true modle.
