I accidentally did something like this the other night actually. I bought an artic rush (slurpee) from Dairy Queen and added a couple shots of everclear. The alcohol must have caused a reaction to melt the drink whilst keeping it ever so cold because when I took a gulp it felt like I had been punched in the throat! I had a friend take a swig and it did the same thing to her. It was just that freaking cold! My only guess is that it was not the typical consistency and the volume consumed was X times more than if it was normal so it gave us a instant brain and throat freeze. Nothing beets feeling like you’ve been punched in the esophagus!
