Bottom line is that kicking, throwing, flinging, hell even spitting anything at an officer is "assault on an officer", excessive force is a given but staying out of situations like this is simple, DON`T BREAK THE LAW! Don`t ride around in cars you are not supposed to and if you do and get arrested, fucking cooperate long enough to get your silly ass out of jail.

One thing I`ve noticed is that cops can be seriously high-strung people. Usually if you`ve got courtesy and are just overall cooperative and nice, then cops generally will return the favor. Remember folks, they`re human.

One cup of shitty coffee is all it takes sometimes. I mean, this guy could have been coming close to ending a horrendous shift dealing with all sorts of scum. He`d probably rather see half these criminals dead in a ditch for the betterment of society. I am fucking proud he beat some hard ass sense into your moronic ass since apparently your mother/father is worthless at it.

Ok, there needs to be a line drawn here, yes she technically assaulted an officer, maybe she needed to be cuffed and shaken up a little to let her know whose boss. But once you have her on the ground with her face down, why on earth would you then think it would be a wise choice to repeatedly punch her in head?

I feel for the cop but like I said, a line has to be drawn at some point. He wouldn`t be in any shit right now if he didn`t punch her like that. It was unnecessary no matter how shitty his day was/might have been. You chose to be a cop, no one forced you in to it and you need to use your authority responsibly.
