quantum solace was awesome. I dont know why people didnt like it. By the nature of casino royale you could predict what q solace was about. It was going to be about revenge and not the usual bond protocol so dont act all surprised.

quantum of solace was a good action movie, what it absolutely was NOT; was a Bond movie. I think Craig would be far better served in a different action movie franchise. the character he plays was awesome no doubt; callous, hard, unrelenting. too bad those are none of Bonds characteristics. and the location was ass. the only really GOOD recent bond movie was Goldeneye. after that it was this modern day hollywood bull shit pulling it further and further from reality. that`s what was so great about the original Bonds, they where relatively believable.

hold on, i have to go para-sail a wave created by a huge space-born laser melting the glaciers behind me. brb.


but enough about that. this mashup was awesome, 5/5

I will tell you why it was a shit movie....the plot was horrible. Its like they put it all together as fast as they could, just to make as much money off the hype of it.

Casino Royal was good, everyone loved it, so they popped out another really quickly, because everyone was like, if Casino Royal this must be better.

Everything in the QoS was rushed, the thin plot that they had, the sequence of events...everything. it was like, Boom boom boom, ending credits.

I put QoS in the same category as all The Fast and the Furious sequels

Not working for me, I think it didn`t work because of the Disney friendly expressions on their faces :D

actually, from what i`ve read, Craig`s Bond is most reminiscent of the original bond in the novels.

^Yep, they`re actually moving towards the Bond characteristics, after moving away from them in some 20 movies.

But it can be argued that the novels and the movies are now so far apart that they`re enirely different Bonds.
