The reason why animals that can`t see still have eyes is because although evolution has reduced or eliminated their function, there hasn`t been enough time to completely remove all traces of the eye. You may have noticed, the eyes on the dolphins, like the eyes on moles (the animal) are very deteriorated and barely resemble eyes at all. This is evolution working slowly to remove the eyes from these animals. In a hundred thousand years or so, they will not have any trace of the eyes on their body.

Yeah, I used to live right next to the Iguazu Falls, but then I moved into the city. Iguazu falls, and Andes are MUST DOs.
