Yea they could have released much better scenes I`m sure. But in fairness, that part wasnt great in the book either. When they cut to Rorschachs escape from his cell, etc., thats a much better part, and I`m sure they`re saving that for the big screen, partly because its much more violent. All the clips they`ve been releasing are understandably PG.

If they insist on using these slow motion scenes to make it look like they`re doing something special, they could have at least made the actors Do Something Special. Sorry but that was some seriously lame fighting. I`m still going to go see the movie, but that really took the edge off my excitment for the film. All these directors have to do is look at some of the asian films coming out to see what a decent fight scene is about, ie. one that actually looks like people are fighting each other rather than one guy hitting 50 guys once and expecting them to be out of the fight with only a single strike to the chest. "oo you hit me in the chest i`ll just lie here and think about what i`ve done". 5/5 for the movie hype generated (these guys have it down to an artform), but 2.5/5 for execution.

This scene is almost nothing in the book. A few frames. Obviously they needed to expand it for the movie, but I wouldn`t base anything on one scene that was unimportant to the story taken out of context.

I really want this to be a good movie...and i still have hopes...but, i dunno. If all the fighting is going to be that lame, and absent of sound..
And yea, they don`t have powers, but Bruce Lee could have opened up a can of whoop ass on them.

Hooray for judging a movie you all haven`t even seen yet.
I don`t get everyone`s hate for the "slow" style.
I prefer some style to some boring monotonous shots, this is a stylized action movie, it has to do something different.
Quit your bitching, its not like you paid to see this clip...yeeesh.
