Smallest Restaurant in the World?

Supposedly, the smallest restaurant in the world is the 'Just for Two' in Portland Orgegon, which measures 100 square feet (9.29 square metres). This Italian restaurant in Tokyo measures less than half that - 49.4 square feet (4.59 square metres) and unlike the Just for Two, includes the entire kitchen and eating areas in this tiny space.
